PET SCREENING

Pet Requirements

Most of our residences accept pets a few do not. Pet rent & pet deposits or fees will apply. Please look on each listing to see what pets are allowed & if there any restrictions based on weight, breed or number of pets. Additional insurance is required on dogs & horses. 

• Full photo of pet (without pet clothing)
• Current vaccinations document 
• Document showing they are spayed or neutered, if they are a strong breed dog. They may be altered by age 6 & have documents stating this from veterinarian. 
• NO bite history 
• Must be non-aggressive towards humans and animals
